Delivery and costs
Clothing ID will do its best to despatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Carriage & Packing Charges next day delivery if before 12 noon:
Orders £100 or less £9.95
Orders £100.01 - £250.00 £7.95
Orders over £250.00 Free of charge
The status of your order will be advised to you via email the instant it changes.
Depending on the volume and weight of the order, it will be sent by post, parcel service or courier.
For deliveries in the UK please allow up to 5 working days.
You will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order online.
Most goods will be sent by some form of recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods and if you see any damage to the packaging, make a note on the couriers delivery papers and advise us as soon as possible.
In all cases, unless you have the opportunity to open the parcel and inspect the goods for any shipping damage before the courier has left, it is advisable to sign "not inspected".
Returns policy
You may return goods to Clothing ID within 7 days of receipt if, for any reason, you are unhappy with them.
Clothing ID must be contacted by telephone within 7 days of receipt if you intend to return any goods.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless you received them in error, or there is something wrong with the goods.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Goods should be returned in their original packing and care should be taken to ensure they are not damaged in any way.
Prices
Clothing ID makes every effort to ensure that all prices and product information are as accurate as possible. Prices and product availability may be changed without notice.
Payment
Credit cards will not be debited until the goods are shipped. There will be no contractual obligation between you and Clothing ID for the supply by it to you of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit card debited. Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
